Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Michael Bell’s life has just been turned upside down. About the Author

Maurice Belfonte´ is passionate about empowerment. He uses the power of words to help people dig deep within themselves to activate traits that lay dormant in their lives so that they can become all they were destined to be. He believes that with the right amount of self-reflection, honesty with oneself, and application, true greatness and success is something everyone can experience. Maurice holds a degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College in New York, New York where he graduated Cum Laude. A former associate pastor at the Greater Allen Cathedral of New York, one of the largest congregations in the country, he is no stranger to maneuvering through the many distractions of life to grab his audience’s attention to deliver life-changing solutions to some of the most prominent issues we face today, of which the most important to him is helping others discover their true identity so that they can live as the best version of themselves. His passion for inspiring others to live their best lives led him to start his own organization as a motivational speaker and educational consultant. For almost ten years Maurice has been a vendor with the New York City Department of Education. Recognizing the need for youth empowerment within the New York City school system, Maurice designed his own character development program designed to promote self-awareness, which he has successfully implemented in several middle and high schools and has even been called upon to fulfill long-term contracts by some of those principals.
