Stephanie Chewning received her certification as a Meditation Teacher from The Mindfulness Center in Bethesda, Maryland (a medical evidence-based 2 year program). She is also a certified HeartMath® Coach, and a certified Reiki Master. She teaches about the mind-body connection and Universal Law. Her classes and workshops encompass a grounded, medically-based exploration of the energetic system and how it works with the physical body. Ancient established traditions of meditation and philosophy are presented in ways that are understandable and can be practiced in daily life.
