Synopsis
Lu Bro was a professor in the Department of Art and Design at Iowa State University where she taught for over 25 years; teaching courses in beginning, advanced, and graduate drawing, figure drawing and watercolor. She received her M.A. and M.F.A. from the University of Iowa. Her first text, DRAW, A STUDIO GUIDE, shares both a national and international audience, as does her juried art work. A juror, as well as a leader of workshops and seminars, this world traveler is married to Andrew H. Bro, president of his arts consulting form, The Prentice Company.
