About the Author

William Fox is an honorary business professor at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where he teaches research methodology to fourth-year students and supervises both master’s and doctoral students. Gerrit van der Waldt is an established researcher and program leader affiliated with the department of public management and governance at North-West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa. He is author and coauthor of 20 textbooks and has published more than 15 scholarly articles in accredited journals.
