Tottering-by-Gently is a village in the fictional county of North Pimmshire, where Lord and Lady Tottering reside at their ancestral home, Tottering Hall. With cartoons based on Lord and Lady Tottering, their daughter, Serena, and their grandchildren, Freddy and Daisy, Annie Tempest casts her gimlet eye over everything from inter-generational tensions and the differing perspectives of men and women to dieting, field sports, and much more. Her now international following proves that she touches a note of universal truth in her exquisitely detailed and beautifully executed cartoons as she gently laughs with us at the stuff of life. This collection, the seventh in the series, includes cartoons from Country Life.
