Richard Gilpin is a cognitive behavioral psychotherapist, counselor and meditation instructor. He has trained extensively in mindfulness-based practices since the 1990s. He has an MA in Buddhist Studies and is co-founder of the Bodhi Garden, a UK registered charitable trust. His research into the origins and practices of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy was published in 2008. He is the author of Find Your Path through Anxiety: Mindful techniques to help you find ease (2025) and Find Your Path through Depression: Mindful techniques for dark times (2025).
