About the Author:
Bill and Laurel Cooper sold up and embarked on their wandering life more than 20 years ago. They are now cruising aboard their converted barge, HOSANNA. They are the authors of numerous books on sailing including the Watersteps trilogy detailing their voyages throughout Europe.
