About the Author
Kate Fowle is chief curator for Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow and director-at-large at Independent Curators International (ICI) in New York.
Franklin Sirmans is director of the Pérez Art Museum in Miami.
Jessica Morgan is director of the Dia Art Foundation in New York.
