This sequel to Think Like Your Horse expands on its predecessor's concepts, yet delves further to help readers realize the full potential for both themselves and their horse. With a detailed problem solving section set up in a question-and-answer format, it's a quick and easy reference for teaching, riding, caring for and communicating with one's horse.
This book also examines successful horse-and-rider partnerships in various disciplines detailing the reasons for their success, at the same time emphasizing the importance of the team behind a horse as well, including the veterinarian, farrier, chiropractor and trainer. Readers will also find a training blueprint so they are clear and more focused on the goals and objectives they wish to pursue with their horse.
The Question & Answer Guide to Understanding Your Horse is perfect for riders of every interest, whether hacking, eventing, showjumping, dressage or endurance riding. It's the one resource they need to make the most out of the horse's personality, skills and training.
