About the Author


GEOFF AND SHERRY SURRATT have served in ministry both individually and together for more than thirty-five years. Sherry has been a classroom teacher, a children's ministry pastor, and a church consultant, as well as CEO of MOPS International. She is currently the Executive Director of Parenting Strategy at the Rethink Group. Geoff has served churches such as Saddleback and Seacoast Church in a variety of roles including student pastor, executive pastor, and lead pastor, as well as consulting with church leaders around the world. Geoff and Sherry have written several books individually, including Ten Stupid Things That Keep Churches from Growing, The Multi-Site Church Revolution, Brave Mom, and Just Lead! They live near Denver, Colorado, and love hanging out with their kids and grandkids.
