About the Author
Harry M Miller has made a long-standing contribution to both the arts and promotion of Australia internationally. He has done it all, promoter, manager, trouble-shooter. He lives in Sydney. PETER HOLDER has worked extensively in both newspaper and magazine publishing. He is currently the Publisher of Australian Consolidated Press Men s Titles and in this role is responsible for FHM, Rolling Stone, Empire, People and The Picture. He is also editor of Men s Style Australia. Peter lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
