About the Author:
Buckley is a senior attorney on the Public Law team of the National Legal Research Group, where he specializes in civil rights, employment discrimination, and local and state government law. Mr. Buckley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983. In 1987 he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
