About the Author:

David Seidl serves as the Director of Information Security for Notre Dame in the Office of Information Technology. He bears broad responsibility for the information security on campus, and leads a team of six information security professionals. David has been a security professional for over 10 years, and has over 17 years of IT experience. He has a wide range of IT and Information Security experience ranging from system design to firewall and network security device administration, incident response and risk assessment.

Mike Chapple is a technology professional, author, and professor with broad experience in computing and technology. Crossing two decades, his experience includes user support, information security, databases, and technology leadership. Mike currently serves as Senior Director for Enterprise Support Systems and Concurrent Assistant Professor of Computer Applications at the University of Notre Dame.

James Michael Stewart has been working with computers and technology for nearly thirty years. His work focuses on security, certification, and various operating systems. Recently, Michael has been teaching job skill and certification courses, such as CISSP, ethical hacking/penetration testing, computer forensics, and Security+. Michael holds a variety of certifications, including Security+, CISSP, CEH, CHFI, CPTE, CDFE, Q/SA, and Q/EH. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
