About the Author

Gayle Clayton is the founder of the Amarjah Center, an esoteric school for transforming and evolving consciousness.  She earned a master's degree in religion, with a major in  Buddhist philosophy.  Having apprenticed with two modern masters, Gayle teaches introductory and advanced meditation workshops in the wisdom school tradition, and is a core faculty member of the Omega Institute of Holisitc Studies.
