Synopsis
Remember the old adage, "Be careful what you wish for, you just may get it?" The Ties That Bind takes a realistic, sometimes brutal, sometimes funny look at love, betrayal and hurt as seen through the eyes of Mia, Brice and Christian. Jealousy and possessiveness cannot exist hand in hand with love; something or someone is bound to explode.
Mia is the attractive, full of life, flirty and hopeless romantic, who is going to find that there are many lessons to learn in the game of love. Mia has always dreamed of the day when she would meet and marry her "black knight"; her soul mate---the one person in life who makes your life complete. When you find him, you'll know. . . About the Author
Electa Rome Parks currently lives outside Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and two children. With a BA degree in Marketing, she is currently employed by a major financial institution.
After years of keeping a diary, journaling, writing short stories and poems, The Ties That Bind, which is her first novel, was born. She is currently working on her second novel.
