Synopsis
This is a true story of the life of an immigrant coalminer's son and his family roots. This boy was born with a lot of ambition and was determined to go after as much education as he could secure. Should he succeed, it would mean a better life for him and his siblings who would follow in his footsteps.
He knew he would have to work in the coalmines to gather enough money for his schooling if he wanted to get out of there but never lost sight of his goals. He accomplished his goals, one by one, against unbelievable odds and obstacles that appeared in his path as he struggled up the ladder to success.
