About the Author

H. Darrell Young spent most of his 40+ year career in healthcare information systems (HIS) where he became President and CEO of two HIS public companies and one privately owned. In addition Mr. Young founded Transformance Concepts, a consulting and software Development Company. He is the co-author of Leadership Under Construction (LUC), a workbook of transformational pathways.
