We have only this one copy, but it is available now and ready to ship today from Henderson, Nevada. Bright and shiny. Square and reasonably tight. Sharp corners. But condition is rated only Good due to a light brown stain (coffee?) on several early pages, mostly in the margin, very neat underlining (done with a ruler), and a few margin notes, in the Introduction, as well as chapters 5, 7, 8 and 9.
