About the Author

Garrett and Ila Sarley have studied and taught the ancient science of yoga for over 27 years. Avid walkers, they have hiked over two thousand miles through mountain ranges in the United States, South America, and Nepal. Garrett and Ila Sarley have both served as leaders in the field of spirituality and human development and, as founding members, helped to build the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, the largest residential yoga center in the United States. Garrett Sarley is currently the President and Ila Sarley is Director of Marketing and Communications at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, the largest Holistic Educational Center in the U.S. They continue to teach yoga-based workshops through out the United States and in Costa Rica.
