Little Bird has broken her wing and can’t join her friends in flying south for the winter. Cold and unsure where to find shelter, Little Bird hears kind voices calling to her — they offer shelter, food, and even a place for her to sing to her heart’s content!

About the Author
Maja Anderson was born and raised in the U.S. to Danish parents. After graduating from the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio, Maja got a job at Hallmark Cards. Maja’s illustration style is whimsical in subject matter and graphic in style. Maja takes inspiration from international folk art. Her interests include drawing on cocktail napkins, traveling, and flamenco dance lessons!
