Dr Kate Middleton is Director of Anorexia and Bulimia Care (www.anorexiabulimiacare.co.uk). She has a professional background in psychology and a specialist interest in self harm. Sara Garvie is Director of selfharm.co.uk, a national charity supporting young people who self harm across the UK.

Dr Kate Middleton is a psychologist and the author of several books including Eating Disorders and First Steps out of Eating Disorders. She is the former Director of the organisation, Anorexia and Bulimia Care.
