About the Author
Jorge Alberto Vasconcellos e Sa is a Professor of Business Administration at the University of Lisbon and holds an MBA from Columbian University. He is a Fulbright Scholar and is a holder of the Jean Monnet Chair, the highest European academic award. He is the author of four other books including The Winds of Change and The Modern Alchemists. His articles have appeared in leading journals including the Harvard Business Review and Journal of Business Strategy.
