About the Authors

Trevor Young was a senior consultant for the Industrial Society where he designed and conducted public training courses in project management techniques and project leadership. He is now an independent consultant specializing in the introduction of program management. LYNN M. PARKER has more than 15 years' experience in technology marketing and brand development, and was one of the earliest practitioners of high tech public relations and product positioning.
