Peter J. Reed was a regular army officer for 11 years in Germany, the UK and China. He has since gone on to work as a leadership advisor on major international projects. Most recently as principal expert to the Presidential Federal Commission for the "Yeltsin Initiative" and now as the performance management systems advisor for the Tanzanian government. He has worked in Hungary, the Slovak Republic, and Bulgaria.
