About the Author
Mike Bryon runs a training consultancy in London, and is a recognised expert in psychometrics and training solutions. He recently delivered a positive action-training course for a leading Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, which involved supporting a group of applicants through all stages of the current firefighter selection process. He is the compiling editor of The Times Testing CD-ROMS, and also the author of many titles.
