The original team of Dr Bird and Dr Harrison are now joined by Dr Peter Buckley. He is closely involved in post-graduate education in the USA and his contribution gives the book added emphasis in terms of classification and cited research. This ensures the book's appeal not only in its traditional strongholds but also in North America and Australasia.
