About the Author

Albert Lester is a Chartered Engineer with many years experience of project management in design and construction of plants and factories. In recent years, he has managed projects for Tarmac, Sim Chem and Foster Wheeler Power Products. He is an assessor for the Association of Project Management for Project Management courses and was involved in the CISC & Open University NVQ Pilot on Construction Project Management. Albert Lester has lectured widely and authored numerous reports and articles. He is also a member of the drafting panel for BS6079 (Guide to Project Management).
