Review

'Lisa Dorn's book is...timely and a welcome addition to the field...The book will particularly appeal to academics, researchers and postgraduates on courses where there is an element of safety or driver improvement involved in the programme or dissertation...It should also be read by practitioners, those selling and those implementing driver development programmes.' Logistics and Transport Focus 'The editor has done an excellent job in bringing these papers from the first International Conference on Driver Behaviour and Training, held late 2003, so quickly to the marketplace. ... ' The book' s organization provides for a good topic balance and a strength of the collection is that it includes topics that rarely find journal space, for example, crash injuries to women drivers and vehicle design for the pregnant driver.' Ergonomics, Vol 48 no 7, June 2005
