Joseph Cruse, M.D., is an addiction medicine specialist, author, writer, and lecturer. He is the founding medical of the Betty Ford Center. He served as president of the medical staff at Eisenhower Hospital and as a medical director of Onsite Workshops. He has consulted for corporations, school systems, hospitals, and alcohol and drug treatment centers. He has appeared on 60 Minutes, Good Morning America, and The Late Night Show. Sharon Wegscheider-Cruse is a nationally known consultant, educator and author of seventeen books, many of which have been translated to French, German, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese and Japanese. She was the founding chairperson of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics. As a family therapist she has conducted workshops around the world consulting with the military, school systems, business and industry, treatment centers and corporations. She is a past winner of the Mary Mann award as a top communicator and has appeared on "The Phil Donahue Show," "The Oprah Winfrey Show" twice and "Good Morning America." She is the subject of several DVDs used for training purposes.

Sharon Wegscheider-Cruse is the founding Chairperson of the National Association of Children of Alcoholics, and founder of Onsite Workshops. She has brought hope and healing to millions as an author, counsellor, trainer, consultant, and lecturer. She has written 19 books translated into 13 languages, and broke ground and fostered a movement with her works, Another Chance: Hope and Health for the Alcoholic Family and Learning to Love Yourself. Sharon has traveled the world and developed programs in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada, and has appeared on The Phil Donahue Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Larry King Show, as well as in multiple media events.
