About the Author
Award-winning writer and photographer Randy Leffingwell combines his fascination for all things mechanical with a gift for language and a photographic eye honed by his years as a staff photographer for the Los Angeles Times to create fascinating and beautifully illustrated books about cars, motorcycles, and tractors. His first book with MBI Publishing Company was American Tractor, a book published in the 1980s and still one of the company s bestselling titles to date.
