Have you played MechCommander yet? If so, chances are you already know how frustratingly difficult the game can be. If you haven't tried it yet, you might want to do yourself a favor and pick up this guide so you can fight your way through the game's maddening difficulty. The book contains five sections, each of which addresses a different key aspect of gameplay. The first deals with the vast array of weaponry you'll have to purchase or salvage over the course of the game. Following is a detailed breakdown of every type of BattleMech in the game--from Commando to Masakari. The next section deals with general tactics to employ while assembling and deploying your forces. And that brings us to the walk-throughs--the heart of the book and the most important section for all of you frustrated MechCommanders.
