Felicia Norman completed the occupational therapy assistant program at Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan and received her certification in California. Norman began developing her repertoire of group activities as an intern, working with children with disabilities in school settings and adults in a variety of rehab settings. She has worked with geriatric, neurological, and orthopedic patients in retraining activities of daily living, cognitive skills, improving range of motion, and strengthening exercises through group activities and individual therapy.
