About the Author
Penny Dale is a best-selling children’s book artist and author and has sold more than four million books, with editions in over twenty languages. Her much-loved picture book Ten in the Bed sold over a million copies worldwide and won an Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold Award. She also illustrated Anne Fine’s The Jamie and Angus Stories, which won the Boston Globe–Horn Book Award. Penny is married, has a grown-up daughter and a grandson, and lives in South Wales.
