About the Author

Philip L. Hopper, lives in Oklahoma, where he is a Lieutenant Colonel. He has been a "collector" since early childhood. This passion has grown and expanded through the years. Although he has collected Royal Ruby glassware for over 25 years, he recently expanded his collecting to Forest Green glassware and commemorative bottles.
