About the Author

Janice Riley is a writer, photographer, webmaster, and retired documentary editor. She has been a blueberry farmer for nearly two decades, as well as a librarian. She holds a BA from Wellesley College. Stephen Spear is a conservation specialist with the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service on Cape Cod. He has owned and operated Hokum Rock Farm for nearly fifty years. He holds a BS from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the University of Utah.
