Conquer
your challenges, fulfill your destiny!
Praying your way through Joshua, Judges, and Ruth will give you the strength and stamina to face and conquer all of your daily challenges. You will be propelled toward the dream God has for you.
The unique aspects of these three books of the Old Testament are vividly presented through contemporary illustrations and poignant prayers. Award-winning author and university professor Elmer Towns has meticulously researched and written a you-are-there narration providing interesting insight into the culture and religious practices of the day.
But, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through the One who loves us. I am sure that nothing will be able to separate us from God's love which is found in Jesus Christ, our Lord—none of these things—death, life, angels, rulers, the present time, the future, powers, heights, or depth! (Romans 8:37-39 PEB)
Enjoyable to read, Praying with the Conquerors is written in poetic style, combining modern-day language with a lyrical twist. Learn firsthand how God provides His children with more than enough to be more than conquerors—you can change the world around you!
