As with the prior editions of Legal Ethics: Rules, Statutes and Comparisons, this new 2013 Edition includes a section that compares in detail every ABA rule 1983 version with every ABA rule 2002 to present, including the changes include those proposed by the ABAs ""Ethics 20/20"" Commission and approved by the House of Delegates in August 2012, as well as a detailed comparison of the ABA and California rules. Also included are the changes made to the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the selected sections of the California Business & Professions Code. This new edition also includes sections that feature the ABA Model Court Rule on Insurance Disclosure, the ABA Model Rule for Admission by Motion, the ABA Model Rule on Practice Pending Admission, the California Rules of Court adopted to address multi jurisdictional concerns, State Bar of California Resolutions concerning the delivery of pro bono and limited scope legal services, and the SEC Attorney Regulations promulgated pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
