About the Author
Few people blend depth of insight and unending humor like Ian Percy. One of the most in-demand speakers in the corporate world today, Percy was honored as "One of the Top 21 Speakers for the 21st Century" by Successful Meetings magazine. He is also a member of the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame and a 'performance improvement' columnist for Human Capital Magazine.
A Registered Psychologist, Percy holds degrees in theology, education and organizational psychology.
