About the Author:
Dr. Rivera is a Research Associate for the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at The Richard Stocton College of New Jersey in Pomona. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in Camden. Dr. Miller is Prof. of Sociology and Environmental Studies and Director of the Liberal Arts and Science Institute for Research and Community Service at Rowan University in Glassboro,NJ, He holds a Ph.D in Sociology from Mississippi State University.
