About the Authors
Richard Barichello is a professor in the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability at the University of British Columbia.
Arianto Patunru is a fellow in the Arndt-Corden Department of Economics at Australian National University.
Richard Schwindt is emeritus professor of economics at Simon Fraser University and the author of many books, including The Existence and Exercise of Corporate Power: A Case Study of MacMillan Bloedel Limited.
