Synopsis
Early hostile reviews of Kant's Critique led him both to revise the book and to encourage Schultz to write a commentary that would correct misunderstandings of the landmark work and offer a clear and accurate account of its basic doctrines. This recent English version of the commentary is supplemented by translations of three early reviews of the Critique and of the correspondence between Kant and Schultz. No index.
