About the Author

Luc Juillet enseigne l'administration publique, les institutions démocratiques et la politique environnementale à l'École supérieure d'affaires publiques et internationales, dont il fut d'ailleurs le premier directeur. En 2012, il occupa le poste de professeur invité à la School of Social and Political Sciences de l'Université de Melbourne en Australie. Un spécialiste de l'administration et des politiques publiques, il a publié des travaux sur diverses questions, telles que les politiques environnementales, la gestion des urgences, la réforme de l'administration publique et les règles d'éthique dans le secteur public.
