Four-color soup This vegetable dish can be made even more healthy by adding 8 oz (250 g) of egg noodles to the soup. In Chinese homes, a large bowl of this soup if often placed at the center of the table. Each person has a flat-bottomed soup spoon to dip into the bowl during the meal.
