Four transparencies present historical geography, a timeline, ancient Timbuktu, and the modern world's African legacy. Project card activities deal with Nubian rulers, Egyptian toys, papyrus, Swahili traditions, Great Zimbabwe, and African trade, food, ancestors, jewelry, masks, pottery, and textiles.
