Synopsis

Young Elizabeth is orphaned and living with her cruel uncle. But when she tricks her way into a glamorous party filled with eligible bachelors to save her, things don't go as planned!

Tongues were set wagging when Elizabeth Markham's glamorous young parents were killed, sinking their only child to the unspeakable class of poor relation. About the Author
