Synopsis

Extreme Science lifts the dustsheets off the past to explore the lives of people who pushed every possible boundary to get to the truth. Readers might find the content disturbing. However, all these bizarre experiments, and the scientists who performed them, have had a significant impact on the world in which we live. Not only that, but many have helped to shape the world we will be living in tomorrow.

Phil Clarke is a freelance author and screenwriter.ÿ Born and bred in Bedfordshire, England, he spent over seven years in the world of the silver screen working on movies such asÿSleepy Hollow, Enigmaÿand two of the biggest box office franchises in history:ÿÿHarry PotterÿandÿStar Wars.ÿÿWhile Phil has written on a variety of subjects, from execution and torture to maritime humor, he has always held a passion for science, stemming from such films asThe Manchurian Candidate, The Nutty ProfessorÿandÿCreature with the Atom Brain.ÿÿHe is currently writing a time travel novel with a plot steeped in extreme science.
