Melissa Cosby has been involved in health and fitness for over 20 years. Initially trained as a Remedial Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher in her native Australia, Melissa moved to London and over the years added Body Centered Psychotherapy, Yoga and Gyrotonic to the mix. As a multidisciplinary practitioner, teaching both clients and next-generation teachers Melissa believes in using different perspectives to understand and address both physical and psychological issues. She has managed several private practices, her own independent studio space, and now contributes to a clinical practice in Harley St.
