From AudioFile

Fans of Jack Higgins and the Sean Dillon series are sure to love this title. With the Cold War beginning to thaw, the Russian GRU recruits IRA members to do its dirty work in the UK. Dillon and his Brit cronies enlist gangsters and Mafioso to help carry out their plans. However, all of the diverse accents create challenges for reader Michael Page. The story is nearly a verbal free-for-all when British, Irish, Russian, Spanish, Italian, and Arab characters cross paths. Nonetheless, Page does a credible job delivering the goods as both sides ruthlessly clash in typical Jack Higgins style.
