Richard E. Dauch, a graduate of Purdue University's Krannert School of Industrial Management, Dauch spent 12 years with General Motors in positions ranging from college-graduate-in-training to plant manager. In 1973, he was named plant manager at Livonia Spring and Bumper making him the youngest plant manager in Chevrolet's history. Later, he was plant manager at the huge Detroit Gear and Axle Complex. Before joining Chrysler, he was Group Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for Volkswagen of America.
Dr. Troyanovich expertise in languages and international communications led to a position in Training and Communciation at Volkswagen Manufacturing of America in 1977; he became Coordinator of Engineering Liaison and managed an international purchasing group at VW before moving to Chrysler in 1984. Dr. Troyanovich has authored 26 publications in the areas of manufacturing, training, and comparative cultures.
