From Library Journal:
This slim volume offers over two dozen chapters of topics relating to the study of television, from "Advertising" to "Women." Each chapter opens with a few bland paragraphs outlining the topic, followed by a short selection of spin-off concepts and a wide-ranging resource list made up mostly of books. The book concludes with a modest bibliography of additional sources. Aimed squarely at an academic audience, this book will find favor mostly in libraries with limited access to online databases and catalogs. For undergraduate collections.
